The project

Laying the foundations for digital transformation with Azure

At the start of the project, Datatchê's technical team highlighted a number of improvements needed across their technology landscape, ranging from how data was being consumed to security and data delivery layers.

Based on this assessment and the possible improvements, moving to Azure would not only enable a scalable, resilient, robust, and high-performance future for e-coa but also deliver a strong return in business efficiency.

From this new foundation we built an environment with near-zero downtime, with failover protection for the main Cloud services used, directly impacting the business.

Today we can equip our sales team with relevant insights for engaging with customers, which has generated more value for the business. We also built very precise financial monitoring, where we can analyze and adjust our Margin and Profitability KPIs with great ease.

One of the main goals we sought to achieve throughout the project was the creation of a reference architecture based on Data Lakehouse, providing a Self-Service and BI environment with data governance — through which, by delivering value to the customer, we were able to understand how many end users (business) we impacted with the goals we achieved:

100% of the company was impacted by the dashboards in Power BI, and we also generated value with several new analyses we couldn't perform due to limitations of the previous tool.
