The project story
Challenge
Structure an event-driven data architecture, eliminating dependencies on the traditional model and enabling continuous ingestion with low latency and scalability.
It had to ensure reliable data exchange, standardization between producers and consumers, and governance over the entire information lifecycle.
Approach
We implemented the architecture with Confluent Kafka, defining topics, retention policies, and connectors for integration between systems.
We applied governance with data contracts and traceability, and structured the data layer for real-time analytical consumption, with observability and resilience practices.
