The project story
Challenge
Brasil TecPar is a group whose purpose is to consolidate the Internet, Technology, and Telecommunications market in Brazil, bringing connectivity to thousands of people.
The project was strategic for the operation: building a new data structure, with more modern tools, that could keep pace with the organization's growth in data volume.
Approach
We started with a full assessment of the technology landscape: project goals, data quality, infrastructure, governance, documentation, and sustainment.
We presented 3 reference architectures for different scenarios and, together with the customer, chose open-source tools.
The customer's technical team was actively involved throughout the project and was able to take on long-term sustainment.

A reference architecture based on Data Lakehouse, with a robust environment and structured data governance.
